strzbet (referred to in this Policy as "strzbet", "we", "us", or "our") is the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at strzbet.net and all associated subdomains (the "Platform"). strzbet operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

• Regulatory Authorities: strzbet will disclose personal data and transaction records to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the NPC, and other competent Philippine government authorities when required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction.

• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your strzbet account plus a minimum of 5 years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.

Where deletion is technically complex due to backup systems, data will be isolated from active use pending secure deletion at the next scheduled backup cycle.

The strzbet Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as governed by PAGCOR regulations. strzbet does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If strzbet discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate action to close the associated account, delete the relevant personal data (subject to any mandatory regulatory reporting obligations), and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by its licence conditions.

Parents and guardians who believe their child may have created a strzbet account or provided personal data to the Platform are encouraged to contact strzbet's support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] so that the matter can be investigated and resolved without delay.

strzbet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or operational circumstances. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
