These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and strzbet (hereinafter referred to as "strzbet", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at strzbet.net and all associated subdomains (the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on strzbet, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form.

To be eligible to create and use a strzbet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You do not have an existing strzbet account that has been suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold one (1) account only on the strzbet Platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of all bonus balances. strzbet uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate registrations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address. strzbet may at any time require you to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which may include submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, Driver's Licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your strzbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, permit any third party to access your account, or allow your account to be used for any purpose other than your own personal recreational gaming.

strzbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify strzbet immediately via the live chat support available 24/7 on the Platform.

You agree to:

• Keep your registered personal information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notify strzbet promptly of any changes to your name, address, email address, or payment method details.
• Log out of your strzbet account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the strzbet Platform.
• Not use a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographic location when accessing strzbet.

strzbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes is being accessed by an unauthorised third party, is being used in breach of these Terms, or presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

All financial transactions on the strzbet Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). strzbet does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• GCash — instant deposit and withdrawal processing
• PayMaya — instant deposit and withdrawal processing
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — bank transfer, typically 1–10 minutes
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — bank transfer, typically 1–10 minutes
• Metrobank — bank transfer, typically 1–15 minutes

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, payment method, and any applicable PAGCOR transaction reporting thresholds.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. strzbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC review. Where KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved, withdrawal processing will be paused until verification is complete.

strzbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency, in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its subsequent amendments. Suspicious transaction reports will be filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

strzbet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General rules applicable to all strzbet bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on the individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• strzbet reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active on your strzbet account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• strzbet reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, amend its terms, or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

strzbet's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering calculation, and promotion disputes is final. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or calculated may contact support via live chat, and strzbet will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

All bets placed on the strzbet Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo, or fishing games — are governed by these Terms and by any additional game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. strzbet will not void or reverse a confirmed bet except in the following circumstances:

• A technical malfunction or disconnection fault attributable to strzbet's systems that prevented the bet from being recorded or settled correctly.
• An obvious pricing error on a sports betting market (i.e., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed error rather than a market movement).
• Cancellation of the underlying event or match before the minimum number of minutes or rounds required for settlement has been completed, as specified in the applicable sport rules.
• A determination by strzbet, in its reasonable judgement, that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

strzbet sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport or event (e.g., PBA, FIBA, UFC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding official results, strzbet's settlement decision, made in good faith based on available official information, is final.

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may be adjusted by strzbet at any time based on market conditions, liquidity, or risk management requirements. strzbet reserves the right to limit the bet amounts of any individual player at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the strzbet Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one strzbet account, whether under your own name or using the name or identity of another person.
• Using the Platform to launder money, structure transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or to fund, facilitate, or conceal any illegal activity.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or strzbet staff in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat functions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the strzbet Platform, its games, or its software.

strzbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, and strzbet encourages all players to approach gaming with a clear budget, a time limit, and the understanding that winning is never guaranteed.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within every strzbet account at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the strzbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from strzbet.
• Create derivative works based on any strzbet content or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, strzbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your strzbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Any reliance by you on information, promotions, or representations made on the Platform that have been superseded by updates to these Terms or to the relevant promotion terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude strzbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. strzbet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

strzbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By using the strzbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by strzbet — including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment method information, and gaming activity records — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement. strzbet does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by strzbet, subject to applicable legal retention obligations (including PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements). Your continued use of the strzbet Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines forms part of the legal context within which these Terms operate.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the strzbet Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting strzbet support. strzbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to strzbet's compliance with its PAGCOR licence conditions, you may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR.

Class action and representative proceedings against strzbet are not permitted under these Terms. Each dispute must be brought and resolved on an individual basis only.
